The opportunity to expand into Chatham arose in 2010 and I was eager to take on the challenge. Victory Ford Lincoln joined the Lally Group on June 1st, 2010. We are now in our great new building with the best built cars in the world to choose from. Of all my years with Ford Motor Company, I've never been as proud of the vehicles on our lot as I am today. The addition of the Lincoln lineup to the Lally Ford family of vehicles has provided us with another opportunity to develop as a dealer. With all of the latest innovations and designs, we are ready to grow the business in the Chatham area.
With all of the changes at Ford Motor Company, at Victory Ford Lincoln and in the Chatham area, I know that one thing will never change. Don Leonard started in the car business as a service advisor in 1979. In 1981, he became a sales consultant and worked for several years, building strong customer rapport through relationship based selling and treating customers right. Since then, Don has held various positions within the car business including financial services manager, general sales manager and general manager. In 1999-2000, Don achieved National Sales Leader status for Chrysler Corporation.
Don is proud to have adopted the nickname SPARKY by his teammates many years ago (Named after Sparky Anderson, former Detroit Tigers manager.) Don is still an avid Tigers fan and enjoyed playing in a Tiger Fantasy Camp in 2008. His life long goal is to watch the captain of the Toronto Maple Leafs hoist the Stanley Cup for a second time in his life.
After spending many successful years in a car dealership, Sparky moved on to become a national automotive trainer and traveled extensively across Canada and the United States. He assisted dealerships in process implementation in regards to sales, service and overall customer satisfaction.
With these experiences and devotion to the car business and customer satisfaction, Sparky is the ideal General Manager.
Tanya Walters was born and raised in Merlin and is currently residing in
Tanya is happily married to her husband Jeff and they have 2 beautiful daughters, Lillee and Myah. They love spending time together as a family. Tanya also enjoys playing volleyball and traveling to warm destinations.
Tanya is an authorized representative for Ford of Canada and most of the major banks in Canada. She is committed to making sure all of the details of each purchase are addressed, while ensuring that the specific needs of the customer are priority number one. In addition to financial expertise, she is versed in the benefits of extended warranties, maintenance plans and protection packages to maximize a vehicle's resale value.
Tell us a little bit about you: 23 years
old. Married 3 ˝ years. Had a baby girl in October of 2013. Love playing
soccer, riding my bike, watching movies. Victory website is a good indicator

Ridgetown, currently live in Chatham, have a daughter and wonderful girlfriend. I enjoy riding my Harley, watching hockey and spending my free time with my family and friends.

Tell us a little bit about yourself: I reside in Blenheim with my wife Heather and our daughter Kaitlyn. I enjoy golfing and am a current long time member and past employee of the Blenheim Golf Club.
What I love most about my job: Meeting new people everyday and helping make their new car purchase an enjoyable experience.

Tell us a little bit about you: I was born and raised in Chatham. I'm married with 3 kids, a boy and
two girls. In my spare time I enjoy fishing and home renovations. Prior to
coming on board at Victory Ford I worked in management in the car rental
industry at several locations including Chatham, Tilbury, Leamington,Essex and
Sarnia, where I gained hands on experience working with all the major
automotive brands and their dealers. I also helped to launch the first
corporate car-sharing program in Canada, based at the Union Gas campus in

What's your favorite Ford and why: It has to be the F150. With 48 years in a row as Canada's #1 truck it's hard to dispute. However, I really do believe in our full line-up of vehicles and the Fusion is a personal favourite for me to drive. It combines great looks, fuel economy and driving characteristics that strike the perfect balance between comfort and agility.

The Community of Chatham-Kent is great because: Chatham-Kent is a community of communities, full of hard working people that all bring something different to the table. Chatham-Kent is also a great place to play outdoors, with lots lakes, rivers, beaches and provincial parks that are great for camping, boating, hunting and fishing.

What I love most about my job: I love the opportunity to meet new people and help them find the perfect vehicle. I am proud to represent Victory Ford Lincoln in the many community and charity events the dealership supports.
What's your favourite Ford and why?: Without a doubt, the Explorer! The Explorer is the SUV that started the craze - and after 25 years it is still a head turner and a leader in its class.

Larry Giordano has been in the car business for over 30 years. Each of those years has been spent with FORD. He has had several roles around the dealership including sales consultant, financial services manager and heavy truck sales/manager.
He is married to Helen and has one daughter.
Larry loves to spend his free time boating and especially enjoys fishing.

Shawna was born and raised in small town Thamesville, Ontario. She had been a part of the Victory Ford family for two years starting as the Part-time Receptionist before advancing into the Business Development Coordinator. Shawna enjoys the pleasurable experience of being able to work alongside upbeat co-workers making it a great environment to come to every day. The thing she loves most about her job is that with every customer we come together to ensure they receive the best experience here with our Ford family.
Eric Steel has worked in the automotive parts industry since 2003. He has held a position in the Canadian Tire parts department, worked with customizing rides at West Side Performance and then made the switch to Ford and has been certified since 2006. In his spare time Eric enjoys fishing, home renovations and off-roading.
