In an effort to recognize employees who hold in high regard our Commitment Statement, I am pleased to announce the new Victory Ford Lincoln Employee of the Month Award. Each month we will recognize employee(s) that have been nominated by their peers as an individual who found a way to go beyond, reach out and provide the little extra for a customer or fellow co-worker. A person that we all could say we are proud to work with. As an award for being nominated as employee of the month, the nominee will receive a special gift to take home, a reserved parking location bearing their name, they will have their vehicle washed each Friday afternoon during their month, a place on our wall of fame on the website and will have an announcement placed in our customer waiting lounge for everyone to see.
